In the heart of Seattle, Washington, you’ll find a family owned, authentic Southern BBQ restaurant called Boar’s Nest. Unlike other BBQ joints in the area, all recipes come from many years of BBQ experience growing up in Tennessee and South Carolina.
Owner and Chef Gabe Gagliardi has traveled the country gaining experience in the restaurant industry. Working in New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Charleston, SC (to name a few) has given him a vast knowledge of regional cuisine styles and cooking methods. From top Seafood and steak Restaurants under famous chefs, to fine dining French cuisine and southern style hole’s in the wall; he’s done it all.
As George Moore penned – “A man travels the world over in search of what he needs and returns home to find it.” His Grandy always had BBQ ready for him when he would visit his family in Memphis, and nothing felt more like home than that.

Boar’s Nest BBQ Sauces are now being sold in retail stores throughout the Pacific Northwest and will soon be available across the country.
